I loved this place, but today some girl working at the front lost me at the tasting. I tried 3 flavors, and told her Id be getting something after I made sure another flavor wasn't the one I was looking for( was trying to get the flavor I fell in love with last time). She told me " Im gonna let you try only one more flavor because you already tried 2". Lol never in my life have I been to an icecream shop where I was "let" to try only a certain number. Also 3 flavord isnt unreasonable. Im gonna try before I buy, obviously. So I ended up thanking her, and left. Last time was totally different which is why I came back... The shop owner had a very welcoming and pleasant attitude last time. His demeanor, the willingness for customer satisfaction, selling not only icecream but a little bit of flavors from back home! Kinda sucks but Id love to come back when someone else is around, serving icecream with a nice attitude.

Due to all the hype and high reviews, I wanted to give this place a fair shot. Walking in honestly felt more like entering Saks Fifth Avenue in Manhattan than an ice cream shop. Everything seemed overly upscale and ridiculously overpriced. We got 3 scoops and somehow the total came out to almost $30, which is insane for ice cream. Prices are all over the place, and paying nearly $10 per scoop feels like straight-up highway robbery, especially considering how tiny the scoops and cones are. As for the ice cream itself, it was mediocre at best. Flavor-wise and texture-wise, it tasted more like average gelato than anything special. I’d give it maybe a 6/10 overall. The β€œArabic ice cream” everyone raves about was honestly nothing unique or memorable and definitely not worth the premium price tag or social media hype. I went in expecting something authentic and exceptional, but left feeling like I paid luxury prices for a very average dessert experience. Honestly, if you care about value for your money, you’re better off going to the baklava store across the street or even Baskin Robbins, where at least the portions and prices make sense

Homemade ice cream that’s simply delicious. The Kunafeh ice cream served with a Kunafeh cone is simply divine and one of the most unique desserts I’ve had in a long time. They also had a unique baklavah flavor and their mango ice cream is excellent. Also had a hot drink called Sahlab which was like a warm hot chocolate but with a distinct milk pudding flavor. The crew here is friendly and hospitable. Overall an amazing experience.

If you walk into Jabal, you’ll be greeted with a friendly face, warm conversation, and a variety of different delicious treats and sweets. Ice cream. Coffee. Hot chocolate. Sahlab. Waffles. Mini Pancakes. Refreshers. Been here a couple dozen times and I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is hand crafted with creativity and thoughtfulness. The Ice Cream flavors are extremely unique. My husband and I catered the Knafa Ice Cream for our wedding last year and it was a hit with our guests. The Arabic Ice Cream and Baklawa Ice Cream is also super delicious. These are not just flavors or concentrates. They actually make the ice cream using those ingredients. The hot chocolate is really nice and you can whip up the Sahlab’s consistency or texture to your own liking. The refreshers are really refreshing (haha!), not too sweet, and can be spruced up with some red-bull. The sweets are so delicious! I try to get something new every time, but the waffle is to die for. You can load it up with whatever toppings you like, but I prefer mine with just a little Nutella. Seriously good waffles. They’re usually paired with a scoop of their delicious ice cream of your choice. In the back is a re
